 aff to incorporate holistic financial literacy resources\, education and g
 eneral awareness in their day-to-day interactions with students\, whether 
 in the classroom\, advising a student group\, mentoring students\, servici
 ng a cohort or creating college policies. According to recent literature\,
  financial literacy education is pivotal to students in community colleges
  who are facing numerous economic hardships. It leads to stronger student 
 retention rates and increased transfer success. This approach will transfo
