 oals. \nSee how their roles naturally fit within the Guided Pathways frame
 work and identify ways they can support pathway work. \nEnvision future po
 ssibilities for a unified\, student-centered experience that enhances conn
 ection\, collaboration\, and momentum toward completion.\n\nSeminar Descri
 ption\n\n\nThis session invites faculty\, staff\, and administrators to ta
 ke a closer look at how Guided Pathways keeps us grounded in our purpose w
 hile opening new possibilities for how we support students. This work buil
 ds on the College’s strong foundation of student-centered practices while 
 helping us imagine what’s possible as we move forward. Participants will l
 earn about the structure and purpose of CCP’s seven Academic Pathway Commu
 nities and how these teams help move our mission forward through programmi
 ng\, exploration activities\, and pathway-aligned support. The session wil
 l highlight key initiatives\, like the Pathways Majors Fair and Takeover e
 vents\, and show how these activities help students understand their pathw
 ay\, make connections\, and stay on track to achieve their goals.\n\n\nWe 
 will also spend time talking about what’s possible moving forward. These a
 re ideas we can explore together as we continue improving our work. This i
 ncludes strengthening our community teams\, increasing collaboration\, and
  building a more coordinated student experience where every student knows 
 their pathway and who is part of their support system. Through an interact
 ive discussion\, participants will reflect on how their roles naturally co
 nnect to Guided Pathways and how their involvement can help shape the futu
 re of student success at CCP
