 success.\n\n\n \n\n\nSeminar Description:\n\n\nThe Octavius Catto Scholars
 hip provides students with more than financial assistance. Through individ
 ualized coaching\, academic support\, basic needs resources\, career and t
 ransfer preparation\, and connections to College services\, the Catto Scho
 larship is designed to help Scholars persist\, succeed\, and complete thei
 r degrees.\n\n\nFaculty are often among the first people to recognize when
  a student is struggling academically\, personally\, or with navigating Co
 llege processes. This interactive session will help faculty better underst
 and the Catto Scholarship and explore how faculty and Catto staff can work
  together to support Scholars before challenges become barriers to persist
 ence.\n\n\nParticipants will learn how to identify and connect with the ap
 propriate Catto team member\, understand the roles of Catto Success Coache
 s and other program staff\, and recognize situations in which a referral t
 o Catto may be helpful. The session will also highlight practical strategi
 es for communicating concerns\, connecting Scholars to resources\, and cre
 ating stronger partnerships between faculty and the Catto Scholarship team
