 s efforts.\n\n\n\nSeminar Description\n\n\nThis session will provide facul
 ty\, staff\, and administrators with an inside look at CCP’s seven Academi
 c Pathway Communities and the Pathway Faculty Facilitators who help advanc
 e this work. Grounded in the College’s Guided Pathways framework\, partici
 pants will learn about the purpose of the Academic Pathway Communities\, m
 eet or reconnect with Pathway Faculty Facilitators\, and gain a clearer un
 derstanding of their roles in supporting student success.\n\n\nOur Pathway
  Faculty Facilitators will share key activities\, initiatives\, and curren
 t priorities within their respective pathways\, including emerging needs a
 nd efforts to better support students. These highlights will illustrate ho
 w pathway-based work strengthens student engagement\, supports academic an
 d career exploration\, fosters connection\, and promotes progress toward d
 egree completion.\n\n\nThis session will also provide an opportunity for t
 he College community to ask questions\, share perspectives\, and identify 
 ways their own work connects to Academic Pathway Communities. At the concl
 usion of the session\, participants will leave with a clearer understandin
 g of who is involved in this work\, the priorities being addressed\, and h
 ow Academic Pathway Communities support the College’s mission and student
