 and faculty search committees at Community College of Philadelphia. Partic
 ipants will learn their roles and responsibilities throughout the search p
 rocess\, including confidentiality expectations\, candidate screening\, in
 terview best practices\, evaluation methods\, and documentation requiremen
 ts.\n\n\nThe session will provide an overview of both administrator and fa
 culty search processes\, highlighting key differences such as teaching dem
 onstrations and Department Head\, Dean\, Provost\, and Presidential interv
 iew stages that may be required during faculty searches. Participants will
  also explore appropriate and inappropriate interview questions and best p
 ractices for evaluating candidates using job-related criteria.\n\n\nAttend
 ees will gain hands-on knowledge of approved evaluation and documentation 
 procedures using NeoEd and Microsoft Forms templates\, review real-world s
 cenarios\, and apply practical strategies to support equitable\, consisten
 t\, and legally compliant hiring decisions.
